The Tooling & Programming Co-ordinator is responsible for all Tooling and CAD/CAM programming within the business. A strong focus on continuous improvement is paramount as is the requirement to be up to date with the latest technologies in the industry.


You will be challenged to rise above the ordinary

  • Recommend productivity improvements in line with business KPI’s
  • Standardised set up procedures by area
  • Maintain a network of professional contacts to keep an understanding of the latest technologies
  • Engage key stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Management of all tooling and vending systems
  • Create and update programs for all machine tools
  • Develops good interpersonal relationships within the team
  • Prioritises work load from New Product Development, manufacturing & tooling schedules


The tools you bring will be enhanced by our Technology

  • A minimum of over 5 years of CAD/CAM programming
  • Must have a machining or toolmaking trade background
  • Demoinstrated experience using tool management systems
  • Demoinstrated ability to recommend and initiate productivity improvements & cost down initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, Solidworks & Mastercam
  • Experience working in a dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
